Product Description & Benefits

ON’s 100% Whey is a 9-year award winning protein powder that gets its popularity from its value for money, taste, and high quality. Combining whey protein isolates, concentrates, and hydrolyzed isolates gives it 5 grams of BCAAs in every scoop alongside over 4 grams of glutamine and glutamic acid. As the product is instantized, it also means that you’re less likely to get a lumpy or gritty shake, a common problem among cheap powders.

It also has one of the higher protein levels compared to other powders with 24 grams per serving, but one of the lowest levels of fat and carbohydrates with 1 gram and 3 grams respectively. This gives it an overall total of just 110 calories per scoop which is exactly what you want from a protein powder.

Directions

As Gold Standard 100% Whey is instantized, it means that all you need is a spoon, a glass and some water. Simply fill up 180-240ml (6-8 oz) of water or milk in a glass, add one scoop of protein powder and stir for 20 seconds or until complete dissolved.

Alternatively, you can mix 180-240ml (6-8 oz) or water/milk with one scoop of powder in a blender or in a shaker-cup to guarantee a smooth shake.

Feel free to vary the liquid or powder based upon your preferences and daily protein targets.
