L-Carnitine has been around for a long time, that’s involved with energy metabolism in the body and therefore, many people hypothesis that it can aid in fat loss. As a supplement, due to the unproven effectiveness of l-carnitine, this product ranks low in terms of importance.   2. I have used fat burners in the past as a way to help with my metabolism. I found that they make me really jittery. I’m wondering if this one would be better since it doesn’t have stimulants? What do you think?

  3. I appreciate your post! In my bodybuilding days I used L-carnitine as a part of my cutting cycle prior to competition. I did find that it aided in my goals of stripping body-fat. If you want to use fat as a fuel as efficiently and effectively as possible, you need l-carnitine highly recommend it.

  4. Good article and I am glad Vivek highlighted the fact that many of the other blogs that are pushing a certain product, do not highlight that it might not work as advertised. At the moment I am using a fat burner, so far it’s working as advertised, I am sitting on the fence with this because I have not really seen any difference in my workout, muscle mass is growing , but I do not know if that is from exercise alone or from the caps.
